The penthouse of a pale brick building in the Western district, close enough to the ocean to have a fantastic view from the roof deck.
Area over the bedroom is a reading nook, complete with pile and piles of books and squashy beanbag chairs. Stairs up to the roof lead to little reverse greenhouse, and then from there up to a roof deck.
